SHIPPING

Do you offer tracking?

• Tracking numbers will be available for orders above 1oz.

• Orders that weigh 1oz or less will be packaged in envelopes with standard postal stamps that will arrive in a week of shipping confirmation!

What is the delivery time? (Processing + Shipping)

• Orders made in the US: 1-2 weeks

• International orders: 2-4 weeks

Please note: Shipping delays are common during the holiday season due to the high volume of orders made as well as COVID-19 disruptions

I haven’t received my order yet…

• Delivery times may be delayed due to the nature of USPS in tandem with the pandemic

• If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks domestic and 8 weeks international, please feel free to contact me at extra.guacamomole@gmail.com

• Often times, the post office will return orders for several reasons. I will contact you in the event that your order was sent back to me to work on a solution~

  • If the order was sent back as a result of a shipping error on my behalf, I will re-ship your order on me!

Please note: 3030 is not responsible for any extra customs fees for international orders

I am missing an item from my order…

• First of all, I am very sorry in the event this happens. It does not happen often, but it does not mean that it never happens at all. In this case, please contact me at extra.guacamomole@gmail.com so I can send you the missing item(s) on me!

I gave the wrong address…

• Please contact 3030 as soon as possible! If the order was sent back as a result of a shipping error made when placing the order, please read the following options:

  • The order will be re-delivered, but the customer is responsible for additional postage fees

  • The customer will be given a refund

    Please take extra care when confirming your address (and any additional information such as apartment number) before making your purchase to prevent this from happening ;_;

Please note: 3030 is not liable for missing or damaged packages once orders have been dropped off at the post office and the shipping confirmation email has been sent

Use of my artwork for the production of AI art is prohibited. There is a stark difference between using references for your own work, versus feeding the work of others into a system to call it your own.

Art is inherent to humans. With that said, consent is paramount and differs between each person. Always make sure you have their permission before tracing/reproducing/replicating their work! We want to remain respectful and honor the artist the way they have asked us to.
